Online reputation management at Qorvatech is priced as fixed monthly packages: Review Engine at $300 a month, Reputation Management at $700 a month and Digital PR at $1,500 a month, all month to month with no lock-in. What you pay depends on how much of your first page of search results needs work, how many review platforms you rely on and whether you need earned media as well as reviews.
This guide sets out what each price level includes, what drives the cost up or down, what is never included in the fee, and how to get a quote when none of the packages fits exactly.
How much does online reputation management cost?
At Qorvatech, online reputation management costs from $300 a month for review generation up to $1,500 a month for a full digital PR programme. Prices are set in US dollars and converted to GBP, EUR, CAD and AUD at a fixed, rounded rate, so every client pays the same value; Indian clients receive an invoice in rupees by WhatsApp or email.
| Package | Price | Best for | What is included |
|---|---|---|---|

You can see the current packages on our ORM and digital PR services page.
Can I pay for only part of a reputation package?
Yes. If a ready-made package is more than you need, the package builder lets you pick single ORM items and see the price update live. The ORM items listed there are:
- Review generation engine - $200 a month: automated review requests and replies within 24 hours.
- Brand monitoring and alerts - $150 a month: mentions, sentiment and a monthly report.
- Digital PR, 1 placement a month - $400 a month: an earned media feature or interview.
Monthly items become one subscription. If you need something in between the packages, or a custom scope, you can ask us for a quote.
What makes online reputation management more or less expensive?
The cost rises with the amount of work your first page of search results needs and with how many places your customers read about you. Reputation work is built on more genuine reviews, better answers to critical ones and more good content about you, so price follows the volume of each.
- What page one says today. We start by searching your business and its leaders the way a customer, candidate or investor would, in each market you sell in, and recording every result, review platform and rating shown. A page that is mostly yours needs less work than one with outdated or negative results.
- Whether you need reviews only, or suppression too. Review requests and replies sit in the $300 tier. Pushing weaker results down needs new, strong content - the $700 tier includes four suppression assets a month.
- Whether leaders need monitoring as well as the brand. Executive monitoring and alerts start at the Reputation Management level.
- Whether you want earned media. Press placements, founder articles and knowledge panel work are what take a programme to $1,500 a month.
- How many markets and platforms you cover. Every extra market or industry review site adds searches to track and profiles to keep current.
What is not included in the monthly fee?
Our packages cover our team's work only. Advertising spend, domains, hosting, paid tools and any other third-party fees are paid by you directly to the provider. The fee also never buys reviews: reviews are never bought or written for the business, and customers are not offered rewards for positive reviews, because platforms remove them and regulators fine for them.
Google's own rules for user-generated content on Maps prohibit fake engagement, which is one reason a cheap offer of "guaranteed five-star reviews" is a risk rather than a bargain.
Can any ORM agency remove bad reviews for a fee?
No. No genuine provider can promise to delete a real review or article, whatever it charges. Removal is requested only where content breaks a platform's own rules or the law, and the platform decides. What does work is a calm, specific public reply, resolving the underlying complaint and enough recent honest reviews that one bad month stops defining the page.
That is why a reputation fee pays for steady work - asking every happy customer, answering every review and putting accurate, strong pages where people look - rather than a one-off "clean-up". Anything defamatory is a legal route, and we will say when that is the honest answer.
How long do I need to pay for reputation management?
There is no minimum contract: engagements run month to month, and a monthly package can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice. You can move up or down a tier from the next cycle. Reputation work does take longer than most of what we do, though. Search results reflect months of signals, so expect a change over quarters, not weeks.
Results also depend on your market, your competitors and how your business treats the customers who write the reviews. No specific ranking or rating outcome can be guaranteed.
How will I know the money is working?
You will see two sets of numbers every month. The first is the first page of your name: the same searches repeated each month, showing which results are yours, which are neutral and which are negative, and how that mix moves. The second is rating and review flow: average rating and the number of new reviews per month on Google and your main platforms, plus the share of reviews that got a reply.
Reviews also feed local search. If your Google Business Profile is part of the problem, our guide to getting customers from Google My Business explains the basics, and our SEO services can sit alongside reputation work - many clients pair packages, and a combined quote is discounted.
How do I get a quote for online reputation management?
Start with a free audit. Tell us where to look and we will review what page one shows for your business and leaders, then recommend a package or a custom scope. You keep the findings either way.
