A website you actually end up owning.
Design and development from our own floor in Sector 63, for businesses across Noida and Delhi NCR. Fixed scope, fixed price, a staging link you can watch, and the domain, hosting, code and Figma files in your name at the end.
Six things worth knowing about buying a website here.
Most of what goes wrong with a website in NCR is decided before anyone writes a line of code — in what the quote leaves out, and in whose name things get registered.
The ₹15,000 website is not a website
NCR is full of quotes at ten to twenty thousand rupees. What arrives is a bought theme with the demo content swapped out, on shared hosting somebody else controls, with no analytics, no schema and a contact form that emails an address nobody checks. It is not that it is cheap. It is that in eight months you pay again, from zero, because there is nothing there to build on.
Ask who owns the domain before anything else
The single most common problem we are called in to fix in NCR: the domain is registered in the last agency's account, the hosting is on their reseller plan, and the WordPress admin login is theirs. Moving means negotiating. Your domain, your hosting account and your admin credentials should be in your name from day one — ours always are, and you should demand the same from anyone you hire.
Design and development quoted separately is a warning
A Figma file is not a website and a developer building without one guesses. When the two are quoted by different people with no agreed hand-off, the gap is where the budget goes. We quote the design and the build as one scope with one delivery date, and the Figma source files are handed to you whether or not we do the build.
Mobile is not a checkbox here
Most of your NCR traffic arrives on a mid-range Android on a patchy connection. A site that looks right on a designer's laptop and takes six seconds on that phone loses the enquiry before anything renders. Core Web Vitals green on mobile is an acceptance condition on our builds, measured on real devices, not a line in the proposal.
The site has to be findable, not just finished
A build that ships without titles, descriptions, schema, a sitemap and Search Console connected is a brochure nobody will find. Those take a day at build time and months to retrofit. Every site we ship leaves with them done and the Search Console property handed to you.
You can watch it being built
Every project runs on a staging URL you can open any day, and the scope is fixed in writing before the expensive work starts. For an NCR business that has been burned by a build that went quiet for three weeks, that is usually the part that matters most.
Five stages. The price is fixed at the first one.
Quoting before the scope is written down is how a build ends in an argument. We put the page list, the integrations and the date in writing, and then we are held to it.
Scope and fixed price
A call about what the site has to do — sell, book, qualify, or explain. Then a sitemap, the page list, the integrations and the price, agreed in writing. Nothing starts until you sign that off, and it does not move afterwards unless you add to it.
Design, 1–3 weeks
Wireframes first, then desktop and mobile designs for every template, in Figma. Revision rounds are counted and stated in the package. The Figma files are yours at the end.
Build on a staging URL
WordPress or Next.js, depending on what you actually need — not on what we prefer. You get the staging link on day one of the build and can look at it whenever you like.
Content, speed and search
Your content in, images compressed and sized, Core Web Vitals checked on a real mid-range phone, titles, descriptions and schema written, sitemap and Search Console connected.
Launch, handover, support
Redirects mapped one-to-one from any old URLs, a launch checklist, a training video for your team, and the domain, hosting and admin all in your name. Then 30 to 90 days of support depending on the package.
What is yours when we finish.
Print this list and ask whoever else is quoting you to confirm every line of it in writing. The answers are where the difference between two similar quotes usually is.
- ✓
The domain, registered in your name, in your registrar account.
- ✓
The hosting account, in your name, with your billing on it.
- ✓
Administrator access to the CMS from the day the staging site goes up, not at the end.
- ✓
The Figma design files and the component library, handed over as source.
- ✓
The code, and the repository it lives in.
- ✓
Google Analytics and Search Console, as the owner, not as a viewer on our property.
Design, build, or both.

Buying a website in Noida, answered.
How much does a website cost in Noida?
Our packages are listed on this page and start at the Business Website tier for a five-page build, with a corporate tier for up to fifteen pages with a CMS and integrations, and a custom application tier for portals and dashboards. Indian clients are invoiced in rupees from our Noida office. What moves the number is the page count, whether the design is bespoke or templated, and the integrations — not which city you are in.
How long does it take?
Two weeks for a five-page business site, four to eight weeks for a corporate site with a CMS and integrations, longer for a custom application which we deliver in phases you can use as they land. The slowest part is almost always content: the build waits for copy and images more often than it waits for developers.
WordPress or Next.js — which one will you build on?
Whichever one your team can actually run. WordPress when the people editing the site are not technical and the content changes weekly. Next.js when speed, custom functionality or an application is the point. We will tell you which one your project needs and why, and we will say so if you do not need the expensive one.
Do we own the website at the end?
Yes, all of it: domain, hosting account, CMS admin, code, repository, Figma files, and Analytics and Search Console as owner. That is listed in full on this page because in NCR it is the thing most often quietly kept by the agency, and it is the thing that traps you.
Can you fix or rebuild a site somebody else made?
Usually, and a good share of our work is exactly that. We audit what is there first — speed, structure, security, what the CMS is really running — because a site that just needs fixing should be fixed, not rebuilt. A rebuild also throws away the search history unless every old URL is mapped one-to-one, which we do as part of the launch.
Will the new site keep our Google rankings?
Only if the redirects are done properly, which is where most redesigns lose them. Every existing URL is mapped to its closest equivalent — not bucketed into the homepage — with titles, schema and internal links carried across, and Search Console watched for four weeks after launch. A redirect keeps a ranking only when the destination is about the same thing.
Can we meet before we commit?
Yes. H-32, Suite 201, Sector 63, Noida, by appointment — call 0120-434-0634 or message +91 96675 50910. Bring the current site and whatever quotes you are comparing; the most useful thing we can do in the first meeting is tell you what the other quotes have left out.
Send us the quote you are comparing.
We will tell you what it leaves out — hosting, ownership, redirects, speed — and what it would cost done properly. No obligation, and you keep the review either way.
