Using this website and the free tools

The free tools (website scan, competitor compare, keyword ideas, link checker, schema and llms.txt generators, social preview, checklists) are provided as-is for your own websites or websites you are authorised to analyse. Results are automated estimates, not guarantees of rankings or revenue. Do not use the tools to overload third-party websites; we rate-limit and may block abusive use.

Engaging Qorvatech for services

Every engagement is governed by a written proposal or order that states scope, deliverables, timelines, fees and the billing cycle. Where these terms and the proposal differ, the proposal wins. Work starts after the proposal is accepted and the first invoice is paid.

Fees, invoices and payment

• Invoices are issued in the currency stated on the proposal and are due by the due date printed on them. Late payments may pause work and attract interest at 1.5% per month.
• Advertising spend (Google, Meta, LinkedIn and similar) is paid by you directly to the platform or invoiced at cost. It is never refundable by Qorvatech.
• Monthly retainers and subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled with 30 days written notice. See the refund policy for details.
• Taxes such as GST are added where applicable.

What we promise, and what we cannot

We work to industry best practice, use only white-hat methods and report honestly. Search engines, advertising platforms and AI answer engines are controlled by third parties, so we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, citations or sales. Case-study figures on this website are real client results and are not a promise of yours.

Your responsibilities

You give us timely access, approvals and content; confirm you own or are licensed to use the materials you provide; and keep your own backups of accounts and assets. You remain responsible for your legal compliance, including advertising and consumer laws in your markets.

Intellectual property

Once paid for, deliverables created for you (websites, creatives, content, code written for your project) are yours. Our internal tools, frameworks, know-how and this website remain ours. We may list you as a client and describe results unless you ask us not to.

Confidentiality and data

We keep your business information confidential and handle personal data as described in our privacy policy. Access to your accounts is limited to the team members working on your project.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing limits liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

Ending the engagement

Either side may end a retainer with 30 days written notice. Fixed-scope projects may be ended by you at any time; you pay for work completed to that date. We may end an engagement immediately if invoices are more than 30 days overdue or if you ask us to do something unlawful or against platform rules.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh having jurisdiction. For clients contracting through our US partner desk, the laws of California apply.
