How online reputation work is done, and what it can and cannot change.
When someone searches your name, the first page of results is your reputation: your own site, your Google reviews, review platforms, news and social profiles. Reputation work makes that page accurate and strong. It is built on more genuine reviews, better answers to the critical ones, and more good content about you, not on making real criticism disappear.
1. Read the first page as a stranger would
We search your business and its leaders the way a customer, a candidate or an investor would, in each market you sell in, and record every result on the first page, every review platform and the rating it shows.
2. Ask every happy customer, every time
Most satisfied customers never leave a review because nobody asks. A review request after each job or order, sent in two taps, steadily changes the balance more than anything else. Reviews are never bought or written for the business.
3. Answer every review, especially the bad ones
A calm, specific reply to a critical review is read by every future customer who sees it. We draft replies for your approval: acknowledge, explain what changed, offer to take it offline.
4. Put the good story where people look
Press releases on real news, expert comment for journalists, complete profiles on the platforms that rank for your name, and support for your Google knowledge panel. Strong, accurate pages are what push weaker or outdated results down.
5. Watch, and move fast when something breaks
Mentions of the brand and its leaders are monitored, so a new review, article or post is seen the day it appears and answered while it still matters.
What we will not do
- Buy reviews, post fake ones or offer customers rewards for positive reviews; platforms remove them and regulators fine for them.
- Promise to delete a genuine review or article. Removal is requested only where content breaks a platform's own rules or the law, and the platform decides.
- Attack critics or competitors online. It turns one bad result into several.
How you will know it works
The same searches repeated each month: which results are yours, which are neutral, which are negative, and how that mix moves.
Average rating and the number of new reviews per month on Google and your main platforms, and the share of reviews that got a reply.

ORM & Digital PR, answered.
Can you remove a bad review?
No, and neither can anyone who says they can. What genuinely works is a public reply that answers it properly, resolving the underlying complaint, and enough recent honest reviews that one bad month stops defining the page.
How do we get more reviews without breaking the rules?
By asking every customer at the right moment, through the platform own tools. Incentives, gated requests that only route happy customers, and bought reviews are all against platform policy and all get detected eventually.
What can be done about search results we do not control?
Rank the things you do control. Profiles, press, your own pages and legitimate coverage can occupy the first page, which is what most people ever see. Anything defamatory is a legal route, and we will say when that is the honest answer.
How long does reputation work take?
Longer than the rest of what we do. Search results reflect months of signals, so expect a change over quarters, not weeks.
What do you need from us to start?
Access to your analytics, ad accounts and website, one point of contact, and 45 minutes for a discovery call. We handle the rest.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. Engagements run month to month. 98% of our clients stay because the numbers work.
